This figure reflects a decrement of about 5% when compared to figures from a year ago. 46 townhouses have been sold on the Burlington real estate market in March 2019. The figures on the number of sold townhouse listings in Burlington experienced a decrease of 19% when compared to figures from a year ago. 99 new townhouse listings appeared on the real estate market of Burlington. This was a decrement of 21% when compared to prices from a year ago.
